• No cancellations on shipped orders.

• No returns on correctly shipped orders.

• Warranty on Lift-Mate is one year.

Any returns need to be approved by Lift-Mate.  Returns need to be approved within 15 days of receiving product.  Customer pays return shipping, unless there is a mistake in the original order.
